If so we have some green lanyards (demonstrated by Katie) in our office which you can use to help the travelling process to be a more pleasant experience . The idea is that staff will recognise that you may need extra assistance such as help reading screens, announcements, extra time to get through security, quiet space etc. These lanyards are recognised at Guernsey Airport, also at a number of UK airports including Gatwick and Manchester.
