Neurodiversity Network Resource Hub
With an estimated one in seven people being neurodivergent, understanding, valuing, and developing neurodivergent talent is a strategic business priority. An effective way to do this is to start a neurodiversity network.
Neurodiversity networks help build an inclusive organisational culture, attract staff, enhance wellbeing, and drive innovation. While our work at Autism Guernsey focuses on autistic people, we recognise that autism is part of the broader neurodivergent landscape. This resource hub aims to provide the evidence-based guidance, templates, and case studies required to help you start your own network.
Where to Start?
Start with our core guide: How to Start a Neurodiversity Network.
This document provides a step-by-step process for securing leadership support, defining your purpose, and creating safe environments. We have provided it in Word format so you can make a copy and use any of the content we have included for your own purposes.
After that, use the resources below to move forward. Our case studies offer practical examples of successful networks, while the templates and links provide the formal structure required for your group.
If you require further guidance, bespoke training, or direct support in establishing your network, please email martine.ellis@autismguernsey.org.gg or call the office.
Case Studies
Seeing how other organisations navigate this process provides valuable perspective. We are currently interviewing network chairs and members to share their experiences. These case studies will offer practical insights into how thriving neurodiversity networks drive change and support talent. If your organisation has a story to share, we invite you to contribute to this growing resource.
