Meet the Board
Chairman
David is a retired English Solicitor and has previously performed the role of CEO for the Guernsey Sports Commission and the Priaulx Library. A keen sportsman, he has also been Chairman of the Guernsey Commonwealth Games Association. David is the current Chairman of the Guernsey Planning Appeals Panel.​
Vice Chairman
Jerry is the vice chair of the charity. After Elizabeth College and Reading University he embarked on a career as an airline pilot with British Airways. In 2009, Jerry was appointed a Jurat of the Royal Court and is an active Rotarian. He is married to Gill, and they have four children and four grandchildren.

Director
Sean is a former corporate and finance partner at an international offshore law firm. She’s an English solicitor and Guernsey Advocate. Sean grew up in Malaysia but has made her home in Guernsey, having spent brief spells in Singapore and Jersey. Sean is now developing her career as an independent non-executive director.

Cherry McMillen was born in Belfast. After taking history at university she qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales when she specialised in criminal and family law cases. In 1998 Cherry was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrate’s Court) and she came to Guernsey in 2004 to work full time as a Judge. She retired in 2019 and has made her permanent home in Guernsey.

Nick is a Guernsey man and has spent most of his career working in the financial services sector. He is a Managing Partner at Consilium Insurance Brokers.
Married with three children, he spends his spare time playing sport and going to the gym, and balances this out by eating as much as possible!

Jocelyn is a retired Civil Servant having spent 40 years specialising in Payroll, Human Resources and Schools Management. Jocelyn is married with one daughter and two grandchildren. Jocelyn helps out at a primary school and does voluntary work with several local charities; and in her free time enjoys walking, swimming and gardening.

Andrew has 32 years accountancy experience across the Banking, Retailing, Wholesaling, Property Construction and Rental sectors and has served on the Industrial Tribunal Panel for in excess of ten years.
He Is married with one child and enjoys running and volleyball.

Nick King
Nick – a Londoner – was educated at Epsom College, and studied medicine at Charing Cross Medical School and Postgraduate medicine at Southampton and Cambridge. He moved to Guernsey in 1982 to become a GP. Married with 5 children, in his free time, he is a passionate sailor, keen walker and follows rugby.

Adrian is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who grew up in South West London and has lived and worked in Guernsey since 2002. He is married and has four children and a wonderful border collie called Phoebe who loves walking in the country lanes and along the cliffs.
