Autism Awareness Talks
Autism Awareness Talk
Alongside our popular Autism Awareness Training, we also offer short talks for staff development events and meetings. These sessions work especially well as “Lunch and Learn” or "Breakfast and Learn" events—just remember, you’ll need to provide the snacks. Our Autism Awareness talk works well for larger groups or as a precursor to the full training session.
Unlike our full training sessions, these talks are informal and don’t include activities; they are interactive, though, so attendees should be prepared to think and take part.
Talks will be delivered at your location and are suitable for all staff. They are designed to take place during the lunch hour (although we can run them at any time), with the speaker delivering for 30–40 minutes, leaving plenty of time for Q&A. There is no limit on the number of attendees, although we do recommend doing multiple sessions if you have more than 25 people who wish to attend.
Cost: £250 per talk.

"Autism Guernsey delivered a training session for our team, and it was excellent. It really helped us to better understand the autistic person’s experience in the workplace, and encouraged us to think creatively about how we can better support those needs through small but meaningful changes. The trainer's warm and friendly approach created an open dialogue, which made the session engaging and highly effective. We would highly recommend this training."
Alistair Boyle, Senior Director and Head of Guernsey, Permira
