Autism Guernsey is proud to announce the launch of its Neurodiversity Network Resource Hub, a free online resource designed to support organisations in creating and growing neurodiversity networks.

The hub provides evidence-based guidance, templates, and practical tools to help organisations foster inclusive environments that value and support neurodivergent talent and in particular autistic individuals.

With an estimated one in seven people being neurodivergent, understanding, valuing and developing neurodivergent talent has never been more important.

Neurodiversity networks can help organisations build an inclusive culture, attract diverse staff, enhance wellbeing and drive innovation. While Autism Guernsey’s core mission centres on autistic people, the new hub recognises autism as part of the wider neurodivergent landscape and aims to benefit organisations of all types and sizes.

The Neurodiversity Network Resource Hub has been designed locally by Autism Guernsey led by Martine Ellis, Education Manager.

She said: “We are thrilled to launch the Neurodiversity Network Resource Hub, a toolkit for organisations informed by the latest research, as well as the lived experience of neurodivergent employees. Our hope is that this resource helps organisations to confidently build networks that celebrate and support neurodivergent colleagues, creating workplaces where everyone can thrive."

Julia Watts, CEO, Autism Guernsey: “An inclusive workplace begins with understanding and engagement. By providing these resources freely to the community, we aim to remove barriers and encourage organisations to harness the strengths of all minds. This hub reflects our commitment to supporting not just autistic individuals, but the wider neurodivergent community across Guernsey."

The Neurodiversity Network Resource Hub is now live and accessible on the Autism Guernsey website. Organisations and individuals interested in accessing the hub or seeking support to develop their own network are encouraged to visit the resource page or contact Autism Guernsey directly.
