Reasonable Adjustments
Session 2
This 3-hour training session is designed to equip leaders, managers, and HR professionals with a clear understanding of the challenges autistic staff could face in the workplace and how to offer and make reasonable adjustments.
The session is suitable for leaders and managers who have attended our Autism Awareness Session 1, and we can accomodate up to 15 attendees. It provides a deeper dive into autism and practical strategies for creating an inclusive work environment.

A recap of the initial Autism Awareness Session 1 (specifically, what autism is and the challenges an autistic person might face in the workplace)

Understanding autism further (including Theory of Mind, sensory, and socialising)
