Autism Guernsey is delighted to be holding its first Charity Bake Off at Les Cotils on 29th October. All the cakes will be Halloween themed. There will be five categories: Showstopper (decoration only), Cupcake, Technical (free from gluten, dairy or vegan), Biscuits (children only) and Corporate. The public are invited to enter in any category and can enter as many bakes as they like. A registration form is attached and must be sent back to Autism Guernsey by 21st October.
There will be a prize for the winner of each category chosen 60% by the judges and 40% by the public. The overall winner will win a prize worth over £660 kindly sponsored by JT.
If you don’t fancy baking but prefer tasting, pop along between 12.30pm – 4.30pm and buy a piece of cake for £3. This will also entitle you to a free voting slip to vote on your favourite bake. Additional voting slips are available at 50p each.
The showstoppers will be auctioned at 4pm, followed by the raffle and Name the Bear winners. Presentation of the prizes will take place at 4.30pm.
